Calumbur Pardillo 2017
Tasting: An exciting and different wine made from an old heritage variety, Pardillo, that is almost extinct. A fleshy mid-weight palate shows carraway, quince, almond and fresh cut herbs. Low in added sulfites and grown organically.  Highly recommended.
