degustation menu

From 6pm  

On our travels throughout Spain we visited many a nice restaurant that often gave diners the option of choosing a degustation menu alongside their normal menu.  Todd Garratt (Executive Chef) thought it would be a great idea to do the same during the month of July.

 

For the entire month diners will have the option to choose our 10-course degustation menu with new dishes inspired from our recent trip to Spain.  

                            10 courses $95 (food)

                                   with matching wines at only $10 per glass
 

angelachu anchovy & baby gem  - White cava

 

pata negra, globe artichoke fritto - pink cava

 

salt cod cigarillo, onion ash, honey, saffron - albarino (100ml)

 

grilled galician style octopus, kipfler potato, pimenton  - xarel lo (100ml)

 

josper roast leek, ajo blanco, cured egg yolk - cucu verdejo (100ml)

 

baked balmain bug, & oloroso custard - treixadura  (100ml)

 

chicken, sobrassada, pickled mushroom, garlic shoot, fino

                                               & new season truffle Rayuelo Bobal  (100ml)

 

mató by tapavino - fresh cows milk - reserva rioja  (100ml)

 

buneulo, spiced pumpkin & sherry butterscotch perez barquero pedro Ximenez  (70ml)

 

chocolate, puffed rice crisps, horchata ice cream  - Franes licor Dolc  (70ml)

This menu will run along side our current menu and we have provided guests with an option to choose wines by the glass for each course at only $10 (100ml)

Terms & Conditions

Food menu is designed to be a combination of degustation menu & shared dishes between 2-persons. 

We may or many not be able to modify the menu or allow for dietary conditions. if ordered on the night. A different dish may be able to be provided on the night from our current menu.

The event must finish by 11.30pm
