The Balcón
Arguably Sydney's most bespoke outdoor dining area in the heart of the CBD, the Balcón is the ideal space for accommodating larger groups.
Undercover and perfect for dinner parties or cocktail & canape events
Can accommodate up to 150 guests under cover (stand-up canapes)
Can be exclusively booked for dinner events of 60 guests or more..
Book for afternoon drinks from 3pm and enjoy our special beverage packages.
The bOardroóm
The Boardroom offers an intimate setting for celebrations or the perfect room for the business lunch.
Private but with views to the Balcón, it can accommodate up to 16 guests.
Please refer to the set-menu or ask for  our minimum priced packages.
The bolóN
The BOLóN with its elegant interiors and surrounded by floor to ceiling glass, the room sits at the front of the restaurant and offers views out to Bligh Street.
Can accommodate up to 28 guests.
 
Ideal space for cocktail-style events or group dinners.
The WINE roóm
Surrounded by bronze stainless wine cages and thousands of wine bottles, the Wine Room is the ideal space for 
lunch time functions and after work dinner get togethers.
Can accommodate up to 20 guests.
 
NEW - The TENT

Terms & Conditions

 

Balcón's Set Menu is for groups of 12 or more people.

 

All group bookings are via email and can only be secured by filling out our credit card authorisation form and returned to us.

Each dish/section is designed to be shared between 3-4 people. We can adjust the menu to suit dietary needs.  Items may change due to the availability of produce on the day. Other food items may be added and will be charged at a menu prices.

All larger groups of 30 guests or more must pre-select beverages from our wine list before arriving. (See Terms & Conditions)

10% Service charge is applied to the total bill.

All lunch time bookings from 12pm need to be vacated by 4.30pm

1. 10% cancellation fee for cancelling entire booking less than 2 days (48 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked 

2. 50% cancellation fee applied for a full cancellation 24hours before booking time. Fee is calculated from the number of set menu that was booked. 25% Cancellation fee can be used for a future booking within 30 days

3.A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 7 guests are removed from the group booking after 5pm the day before. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.

4. A drop in numbers of 2 or more guests must be advised before 6pm the evening before for next day functions, or you may be charged 100% for the missing diners.

1.5% card surcharge

CANCELLATION POLICIES  20 - 29 GUESTS

1. 10% cancellation fee for cancelling entire booking less than 3 days (72 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked 


2. 50% cancellation fee of Set menu group booking will be applied for a full cancellation less than 2-days (48 hours) from booking date. 25% of this cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future booking within 2-months. (60 days)

3.A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 7 guests are removed from the group booking after 5pm the day before. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.

2. 50% of the minimum spend* deposit will be processed 5-days before your event. In case of cancellation, 25% can be used as a credit note for a future event within 3-months.(90 days)


3. 100% of the minimum spend* cancellation fee will be applied for a full cancellation 48hours before your booking time. 25% of cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future event within 3-months.(90 days)

3. 100% of the minimum spend* cancellation fee will be applied for a full cancellation 5 working days before your 25% of cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future event within 3-months.

4. A Cancellation of 100% is applied, if more than 7 guests are removed from the group booking less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.

Functions, Group Bookings, & corporate events
If you're dining with 12 people or over we will require you to have the SET Menu .

 

For larger groups we prefer the same set menu but can offer minimum set priced dining.

A selection of Tapas/canapés can also be arranged on arrival to enjoy with pre lunch or dinner drinks.

We have the ability to adjust the menu to suit your tastes, preference, and dietary concerns.
