  • Starting time begins 10 minutes after the initial booking time for the entire group.

  • No ordering for people that haven't arrived as yet.

  • Next drink can only be ordered after the current drink has been finished or removed.

  • No double parking of drinks.

  • Management has the right to refuse alcohol if a patron/s become unruly.

All bookings via credit card authorisation only.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

                 

Groups of 9 or more a 10% service applies to the final bill.

All larger groups of 20 guests or more must pre-select beverages from our wine list before arriving.

      Cancellations must be notified via email by the close of business

on Wednesday October 28th 2020 or 50% of the minimum spend per person will be deducted from C/C authorisation

Cancellations after 12pm Monday 2nd November 2020 and Full minimum spend will be charged to C/C authorisation.

Cancellation fee is  based on the number of guests x $135 per person 

All bills must be settled by 5pm. 

Tables may be asked to leave for dinner bookings that evening 

1.5% c/c charge to all cards

 

               Venue must be vacated by 5pm

       

 

 BOOKINGS CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR MELBOURNE CUP 2019.   9 - 19 GUESTS

1. 10% cancellation fee for cancelling entire booking less than 5 working days before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked

2. 50% cancellation fee applied for a full cancellation after 5pm 30th October 2020. Fee is calculated from the number of set menu that was booked. 25% Cancellation fee can be used for a future booking within 30 days

3. A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 7 guests are removed from the group booking less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.

4. A drop in numbers of 2 or more guests must be advised before 6pm the evening before for next day functions, or you may be charged 100% for the missing diners.

Melbourne Cup CANCELLATION POLICY for 20 GUESTS & OVER

1. A 10% of the minimum spend cancellation fee applies for cancelling 20 Working Days prior to your event. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked or minimum spend that was quoted.

2. 50% of the minimum spend* deposit will be processed 10-working days before your event. In case of cancellation, 25% can be used as a credit note for a future event within 3-months. (90 days)

3. 100% of the minimum spend* cancellation fee will be applied for a full cancellation 5 working days before your 25% of cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future event within 3-months.

4. A Cancellation of 100% is applied, if more than 7 guests are removed from the group booking less than 48 hours prior to arrival. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.
