Cancellation Policies 9 - 14 Guests

  • • All cancellations must be done via email – reservations@balcontapavino.com.au

  • 1. Minimum Spend per head is $75pp. i.e 19ppl Booking = $1,425

  • 2. 50% cancellation fee of minimum spend for cancelling entire booking less than 3 days (72 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people & set menu that were booked

  • 3. 100% cancellation fee applied for a full cancellation 2-days 48hours before booking time. Fee is calculated from the number of set menu that was booked. 25% Cancellation fee can be used for a future booking within 30 days

  • 4. A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if any guests less than 24 hours are removed from the group. For example, if booked for 12 ppl but only 10ppl turn up, then those missing 2 ppl will be charged.

  • 5. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and the SET MENU price. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.

  • 6. 1.5% card surcharge

  • 7. 10% Service to the final bill

 

CANCELLATION POLICIES 14 GUESTS & Over
All beverages must be pre-selected
1. 20% cancellation fee for cancelling entire booking less than 5 days (120 hours) before booking. Fee is calculated from the number of people - $75pp
2. 50% cancellation fee of 75pp of the group booking will be applied for a full cancellation less than 3-days (72 hours) from booking date. 25% of this cancellation fee can be used as a credit note for a future booking within 45 days
3. A Cancellation fee of 100% is applied, if more than 2 or more guests are removed from the group booking 24 hours before the booking time. Fees are calculated from the number of people missing and $75pp. The remainder of the group must remain on the SET MENU.
4. 10% Service applied to the Final bill
5. 1.5% card surcharge
