Privacy Policy - the basics

  Tapavino Group collects information from users, including profile information, booking details, payment information, communication data, and device information. They may also receive information from third-party partners and public sources, such as Opentable, Vouchers, Eat club, Direct bookings 

• Data Usage:

  Tapavino Group uses data to personalise user experiences, provide customer support, improve services, prevent fraud and abuse, and for marketing purposes. 

• Data Sharing:

  Taqpavino Group does not share data with service providers, however may do so to legal authorities, and other users when necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, or protect villa from theft or damage.

• Liability for Guest:

• The guests are liable for property damage, or other issues arising from a someone drinking/dining in the restaurant

• Verification Limitations:

• A verification processes of credit card details is a requirement for each booking over 5 people, or more

• Host Responsibility:

• Tapavino is responsible for accurately representing their listings, maintaining safe premises, and holding appropriate insurance.

• Guest Responsibility:

• Guests are expected to adhere to venue rules, respect the property, and communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns. 

• Contractual Agreements:

• When a booking is made, a contract is formed directly between the venue and guest, as per terms and conditions of each visit.  

• Guest Acknowledgment of Risks:

• Guests agree to assume all risks associated with being on premises as a direct result of their negligence.
